Her we will enjoy 1 complimentary coffee or beverage before we depart by vehicle to The Cave of Pellumbas located in the Skorana Gorge. Once we arrive it is a moderate hike up to the cave which lies 500 m above the Adriatic. Comfortable walking shoes are essential. You will have an opportunity to explore the cave also know as “Black Cave”. The cave itself is approximately 360 meters deep, and inside the darkness are impressive stalagmites and stalactites. Headlights will be provided.
We then hike back to the café for an included lunch of locally produced foods. After a rest we will venture out to Erzeni Canyon.
This is one most beautiful canyon in Tirana area. Erzen River, which flows in a rocky terrain, has created its spectacular canyons over the centuries and the crystal-clear water and the depth of the canyons create unique and spectacular views. There are pools in front of the waterfall at the canyons for those who want to swim in the summer months.
After our day of exploring we finish with a short drive to Petrella Castle. Set on a hill with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and Tirana in the distance, we will enjoy a drink at the lovely restaurant right at the top rebuilt from the old castle. We may even manage to catch the sunset.

Half Day Bunkart Contempory Art Tour
In the Morning we meet at Skanderbeg Square at 8:45 am. The tour starts with a visit to historical-cultural project BUNK'ART 2 which reconstructs the history of the Albanian Ministry of Internal Affairs from 1912 to 1991. The museum reveals the secrets of “Sigurimi”, the political police who acted as the harsh persecution weapon for the regime of Enver Hoxha. BUNK'ART 2 is the first major video museum exhibition dedicated to the victims of communist terror.
You will then be transported to the vicinity of the New Bazaar. The name of the neighborhood stems from the grocery’s marketplace, which is situated in the area.
The market offers a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables grown locally in the surrounding areas of Tirana, fish and meat, regional Albanian wine and Raki. Many colorful buildings, restaurants and bakeries are surrounded.
After some time at the market we will enjoy a relaxed lunch at a local traditional restaurant. Food is available of a set menu and a beverage of your choice. After lunch we will continue to the next phase of this historical-cultural project BUNKÁRT 1.
A short drive for the city center is the underground five-story bunker of spidery hallways and over 100 rooms. What was once intended to protect Hoxha and his cabinet in the event of a nuclear attack is now a mixed-use art and culture center, preserving an insight into the dark years under Hoxha’s rule.
Enjoy your time at leisure to view the inside living quarters and meeting rooms, staged as they would have been at the time, for Hoxha, his officers, and their soldiers. You will see evocative contemporary art, right alongside the stark fallout rooms and photographic displays.
You will then be transported back to the Skanderbeg square. Tour concludes here at 3.45pm
